Job summary

Levy at the Rose Quarter in Portland seeks a friendly Beverage Technician to support NBA/WNBA events with beverage service. The role involves handling beer kegs, soda supplies, and dispensing equipment while maintaining sanitation and safety standards.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, high-volume venue, collaborating with teams to deliver memorable guest experiences. Evening and weekend shifts are required, and staff enjoy complimentary meals during shifts.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of experience in a distribution/warehouse/commissary environment.
• Able to bend at the waist, reach overhead and horizontal.
• Be able to push and pull over 75 pounds.
• Comfortable operating in a loud, high-volume atmosphere.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Familiarity with electronic equipment and ability to learn new technology/programs.

Responsibilities

• Reads event schedules, department orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed.
• Delivers and connects beer kegs and soda supplies to the appropriate stand or cooler location.
• Troubleshoots issues with soda and beer dispensing equipment.
• Maintains cleanliness of service areas in compliance with sanitation and safety requirements.
• Ensures compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures.
• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

A DAY IN THE LIFE

While no two events are quite the same, here’s what you can expect as a Beverage Technician –

• Reads event schedules, department orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to be moved, gathered, or distributed


• Delivers and connects beer kegs and soda supplies to corresponding stand or cooler location


• Troubleshoots issues with soda and beer dispensing equipment


• Maintain cleanliness of service areas in compliance with all sanitation and safety requirements


• Ensure compliance with Levy standards, policies, and procedures


• Pivot between tasks in a dynamic environment (never a dull moment!)


• Perform any other duties as assignent
