YOSO Recruiting is seeking an experienced Private Estate & Household Manager for a private family in Boca Raton, FL. The role oversees day-to-day care, organization, and logistics of a 6,300 sq. ft. residence and acts as the primary domestic professional with discretion and independence.

The ideal candidate balances hands-on estate duties with high-level coordination, maintaining confidentiality, and managing vendors and travel arrangements, including potential travel to Puerto Rico.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting a high-net-worth family or luxury residence.
• Able to work independently with discretion.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Willing to travel to Puerto Rico occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean, organized, well-presented private residence including deep cleaning and laundry.
• Coordinate and oversee household vendors including landscaping, pool service, and specialty cleaning.
• Handle household errands, stocking, supplies, and general estate organization.
• Assist with transportation and scheduling for two school-aged children, including travel baseball and soccer.
• Provide light meal preparation as needed.
• Anticipate household and family needs and address issues proactively.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Travel to Puerto Rico about once per month to prepare the property for family arrivals.
