Job summary

Concentric is seeking a Household Manager to join our embedded team with a client in San Francisco. The role oversees all operational, maintenance, and administrative functions across private properties, coordinating with house staff and vendors to ensure discreet, high-standard service.

The ideal candidate has at least 5 years in hospitality or private service within an ultra-high-net-worth environment, willingness to travel up to 10%, and a proven ability to manage multiple priorities with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality or private service, ideally within an ultra-high-net-worth or luxury environment.
• Travel up to 10% across multiple properties; advance notice of travel needs may not always be available.
• Must be able to legally work in the country where this position is located without visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational, maintenance, and administrative functions across private properties.
• Direct housekeeper and gardeners; liaise with vendors and contractors.
• Manage household errands and day-to-day operations with discretion.
• Coordinate security, AV/IT, and utilities support; supervise site access controls.
