Qualifications

• Experience as an Executive Housekeeper or Senior Housekeeper in a luxury private residence.
• Exceptional attention to detail with a passion for maintaining five-star standards.
• Extensive knowledge of caring for fine fabrics, luxury furnishings, artwork, antiques, and specialty finishes.
• Highly organized with excellent time management and the ability to prioritize independently.
• Professional, polished, and service-oriented demeanor with strong discretion and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Perform detailed housekeeping, deep cleaning, and ongoing maintenance of the residence and family office.
• Ensure homes remain beautifully presented and guest-ready at all times.
• Develop and maintain cleaning schedules, seasonal maintenance plans, and organizational systems.
• Coordinate deep cleaning projects and special household projects during travel.
• Maintain high standards for care of fine furnishings, antiques, artwork, and specialty surfaces.
• Manage all household laundry, including wardrobe care and delicate fabrics handling.
• Assist with elevated table settings, service for family meals, entertaining, and events.
• Provide light pet care and collaborate with the household team to ensure seamless daily operations.
