Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Discovery Associate to greet guests after sales presentations, conduct experience surveys, and present the Discovery program to drive enrollment. You will answer questions per sales quotas and prepare worksheets for contracts processing, ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth post-sale support.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and Timeshare sales experience, with performance standards of 1350 APG and preferences for President Club achievers.

Qualifications

• Must have Timeshare sales experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Must meet/exceed minimum performance standards 1350 APG; President Club preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations.
• Conduct survey of guests experience and present Discovery program.
• Explain program and sell Discovery program.
• Prepare worksheet and deliver to Contracts office.
• Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
