Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Discovery Associate in Florida to greet guests, present the Discovery program after sales events, and conduct experience surveys. You will explain the program and work toward selling the Discovery experience while supporting guests with timely information.

The role requires high school education, Timeshare sales experience, and the ability to work independently to meet sales quotas. Benefits and advancement opportunities accompany a full-time schedule.

Qualificações

• Timeshare sales experience is required.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Must meet or exceed performance standards and avoid corrective action.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and explain the Discovery program after sales presentations.
• Conduct guest surveys about their experience and present the Discovery program.
• Answer guest questions in line with sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.
• Prepare worksheets when a sale occurs and forward to Contracts for processing.
• Address post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction and meet quotas.
