Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Discovery Associate in Orlando to greet guests after presentations, explain a guest experience survey, and present the Discovery program to secure sign-ups. You will manage inquiries, support the contracts process, and help ensure questions are answered in line with quotas.

Qualifications

Must have Timeshare Sales Experience.
Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
Must meet or exceed minimum performance standards 1350 APG.
President Club achievers preferred.

Responsibilities

Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey of guests experience.
Conduct survey regarding guests experience and present Discovery program to sell the program.
Answer all questions accurately per company quotas for a Discovery Associate.
Prepare worksheet and deliver to Contracts office when a guest purchases.
Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow all company policies and procedures.
