Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Discovery Associate in Orlando to sell the Discovery program by guiding guests through a survey after sales presentations. You will answer questions, generate worksheets for contracts, and ensure customer satisfaction while meeting sales quotas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and timeshare sales experience. Strong presentation and independent work abilities are valued, along with professional conduct and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must have timeshare sales experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Must meet or exceed minimum performance standards (1350 APG) and not be on formal corrective action.
• Presidents Club achievers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey.
• Conduct survey and present Discovery program to sell the program.
• Answer all guest questions according to company quotas.
• Prepare worksheet for purchases and deliver to Contracts office.
• Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
