Travel + Leisure Co. is a leading vacation ownership and travel membership company. This role focuses on selling the Discovery trial to guests following sales presentations, with a goal of onboarding guests into the ownership experience.

As a Discovery Associate, you will perform guest surveys, answer questions, and ensure satisfaction while meeting established sales quotas and company policies. Training includes handling inquiries and processing documentation for contracts.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.).
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Must meet or exceed minimum performance standards.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain they will conduct a survey of guest experience.
• Conduct survey and present Discovery program to guests.
• Answer guest questions accurately per Discovery Associate policy.
• Prepare worksheet when guest purchases and deliver to Contracts for processing.
• Address post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company and department policies.
