Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is looking for a Discovery Associate in Wisconsin to sell our Discovery trial program and gather guest feedback. You will greet guests after presentations, explain the survey, and present the Discovery option in a professional manner to drive sign-ups.

The role requires timeshare sales experience, strong presentation skills, and the ability to work independently while meeting sales quotas. Benefits include a comprehensive package for eligible associates.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) is required.
• Must have Timeshare Sales Experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Must meet or exceed minimum performance standards 1350 APG and not be on any level of formal corrective action.
• President Club achievers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain survey.
• Conduct survey regarding guests experience and present Discovery program to sell it.
• Answer all questions accurately in accordance with company quotas.
• When guest purchases, prepare worksheet and deliver to Contracts office for processing.
• Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
