Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. seeks a Discovery Associate to greet guests in the Discovery area after presentations, survey their experience, and present the Discovery program to convert interest into sales. You will prepare sales worksheets for contracts and handle post-sale inquiries to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires timeshare sales experience, the ability to present effectively, and independence to meet performance quotas. Travel + Leisure Co.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Must have timeshare sales experience.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations.
• Explain and conduct a survey of guest experience.
• Present Discovery program to guests and aim to close sales.
• Prepare worksheet details when a guest purchases and deliver to Contracts office.
• Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow policies and perform assigned duties as needed.
• Meet established quotas for Discovery Associates.
