Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Discovery Associate in the guest services area to engage visitors after the sales presentations. You will guide guests through a survey and present the Discovery program with the goal of obtaining a sale, answering questions in line with quotas.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and prior timeshare sales experience. You will work independently, meet established quotas, and follow all policies; President Club achievers are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Timeshare sales experience required.
• Ability to present effective sales pitches and work independently.
• Must meet or exceed minimum performance standards (1350 APG) and not be under corrective action.
• President Club achievers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain a guest survey.
• Conduct survey of guests experience and present the Discovery program to sell it.
• Answer guest questions accurately per company sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.
• When sold, prepare worksheet with required information and hand to Contracts for processing.
• Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company and department policies.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Meet the established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
