Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. is seeking a Discovery Associate in the United States to sell the Discovery program and conduct guest experience surveys after sales presentations.

You will explain the program, answer questions, and work toward closing sales while preparing worksheets and handing them to Contracts for processing. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, FSA, life and disability coverage, 401k with employer match, PTO and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Timeshare sales experience required.
• Ability to deliver effective sales presentations.
• Must meet or exceed performance standards (1350 APG) and not be under corrective action.
• Presidents Club achievers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain survey of guests experience.
• Conduct survey regarding guests experience and present Discovery program to sell it.
• Answer questions accurately in accordance with company sales quotas.
• Prepare worksheet for purchases and deliver to Contracts office for processing.
• Address post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company and department policies and procedures.
• Perform other duties as requested by supervisor.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
