Job summary

Travel + Leisure Co. in Orlando is seeking a Discovery Associate to sell the guest a trial program and conduct surveys after sales presentations. You will greet guests, present the Discovery program, and answer questions to drive the sale.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Timeshare sales experience preferred.
• Ability to make effective sales presentations and work independently.
• Must meet/exceed minimum performance standards 1350 APG and not be on corrective action.
• President Club achievers preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in Discovery area after sales presentations and explain the survey.
• Conduct survey regarding guests experience and present Discovery program professionally.
• Answer all guest questions in line with sales quotas for a Discovery Associate.
• Prepare worksheet when a guest purchases and forward to Contracts office for processing.
• Answer post-sale inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Follow all company and department policies; perform other duties as assigned.
• Meet established sales quotas for Discovery Associates.
