Job summary

LEMOINE is seeking organized Front Desk Administrator Supervisors to support Disaster Response Lodging in Louisiana. You will supervise Lodging Specialists, manage check-in/check-out for deployed personnel, and serve as the primary liaison between field staff, logistics teams, and hotel management.

These seasonal deployments may require travel at short notice and could last several days to weeks. Ideal candidates can deploy within 24–72 hours of notification and are comfortable working nights,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, customer service, or logistics coordination preferred.
• Prior experience in hotel operations, hospitality, emergency logistics, or supervisory roles strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Lodging Specialists and oversee lodging operations at deployment sites.
• Liaise between field staff, logistics teams, and hotel management.
• Organize and manage hotel check-in/check-out for deployed personnel.
• Set up welcoming check-in stations with signage and reminders.
• Track and update hotel assignments and occupancy using digital tools or rosters.
• Maintain lodging records with real-time occupancy updates.
• Communicate with hotels to confirm reservations and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate alternate accommodations when needed.
• Provide leadership and training to lodging teams in the field.
• Escalate complex issues to logistics leadership and ensure timely resolution.
