The Workforce Group a LEMOINE company in Houston, TX is seeking organized, solution-focused Front Desk Administrators to support disaster response logistics. You will manage check-in/check-out for linemen and field staff deployed to disaster recovery, serving as the primary contact to ensure smooth hotel transitions.

These seasonal deployments may travel on short notice, lasting days to weeks. Ideal candidates deploy within 24–72 hours; requires a high school diploma and hospitality/logistics

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Experience in hospitality, hotel operations, customer service, or logistics coordination preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and mobile communication tools.

Responsabilités

• Greet deployed personnel during hotel check-in and check-out.
• Set up check-in areas with tables, signage, and reminders.
• Distribute room keys and track assignments with rosters.
• Maintain lodging records and real-time occupancy data.
• Communicate with hotel staff to confirm reservations.
• Help locate alternate accommodations if hotels are full.
• Provide clear guidance to incoming/outgoing personnel.
• Troubleshoot lodging issues and escalate to logistics when needed.
• Support field operations with logistics and admin teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
