Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to support survivor-centered case management during deployable field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, coordinate resources, and maintain comprehensive records while protecting privacy.

Requirements include a bachelor’s degree preferred in related fields or equivalent experience, plus disaster case management experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Emergency Management, or related field.
• Relevant case management experience in disaster or crisis settings is preferred.
• Ability to protect privacy, ensure confidentiality, and handle sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and set achievable goals.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, local, nonprofit, and community resources; provide referrals and follow-up.
