Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, and coordinate resources while protecting privacy and following procedures.

Deployable assignments include housing allowances and per diems upon deployment. Requires a related bachelor's degree, crisis intervention experience, and readiness for variable schedules nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social work or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Experience in case management, crisis intervention, disaster recovery, or community services preferred.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools and procedures.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and update goals as needs evolve.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, local, nonprofit resources to meet unmet needs.
• Provide referrals and follow-up to help navigate benefits and recovery resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation of progress, referrals, and outcomes in CMS.
• Ensure privacy, confidentiality, and PII protection in all records.
