Job summary

Endeavors Inc. is actively seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote operations.

You will conduct intake, assess unmet needs, build individualized recovery plans, and coordinate diverse resources while safeguarding privacy and promoting equitable access. Deployable roles include housing allowances and per diems; you will maintain documentation, ensure readiness, and complete required training and background checks to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in disaster case management or crisis services is highly desirable.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Must complete organization and security trainings prior to deployment.
• Valid driver's license and ability to deploy with a vehicle may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments using approved tools and procedures.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and update goals as needs change.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, tribal, local, nonprofit and community resources to address unmet needs.
• Provide referrals and follow-up; help navigate benefits and recovery resources.
• Maintain accurate case records, progress notes, referrals, and required statistics.
• Deploy in field, remote, or austere environments as assigned and maintain readiness.
