Job summary

Endeavors Inc. is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to support survivor-centered disaster human services during field or remote operations.

You will conduct intake, assess unmet needs, and work with survivors to develop recovery plans, coordinating resources and referrals while maintaining accurate case documentation and protecting privacy. You'll deploy to field locations as needed; housing allowances and per diems are provided upon deployment.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in case management, human services, crisis intervention, benefits/resource navigation, disaster recovery, or community-based services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and set achievable goals.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, tribal, local and nonprofit resources to meet unmet needs.
• Provide referrals and assist survivors in navigating benefits and recovery resources.
• Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure privacy and confidentiality.
• Coordinate with partners and complete readiness and deployment activities.

Education

Bachelor's degree in related field
