Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during deployed field or remote operations. You will conduct intake and screening, assess unmet needs, and collaborate with survivors to develop individualized recovery plans while protecting privacy and promoting equitable access to services.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field, disaster recovery experience, and completion of required training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a field such as Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management or related field.
• Relevant experience in case management, human services, crisis intervention, benefits/navigation, disaster recovery, or community-based services preferred.
• Professional fluency in English; additional languages desirable for deployments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and set achievable goals.
• Identify and coordinate federal, state, local, nonprofit resources to address unmet needs.
• Provide referrals and follow-up, guiding survivors to navigate benefits and recovery resources.
• Maintain regular survivor contact and document progress, referrals, and outcomes.
• Enter and maintain accurate case information and required statistics in case management systems.
• Protect PII and survivor records; comply with privacy, cybersecurity, and records-management requirements.
• Support inclusion of individuals with disabilities and access needs.
• Coordinate with resource coordinators, benefits navigators, and service providers.
