Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to perform survivor-centered case management during deployed field or remote operations. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and maintain compliant case documentation, while protecting privacy and ensuring equitable access to services.

This is a deployable role with housing allowances and per diems provided upon deployment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Human Services, Criminal Justice, Emergency Management, or related field preferred.
• Relevant experience in case management, human services, crisis intervention, benefits/resource navigation, disaster recovery.
• Professional fluency in an additional language is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
• Develop individualized recovery plans with survivors and set achievable goals.
• Identify, verify, and coordinate available resources and referrals.
• Provide resource referrals and follow-up to navigate benefits and services.
• Maintain survivor records, progress notes, and required statistics in CMS.
• Protect PII and ensure privacy and security compliance.
