Job summary

Endeavors is seeking a Disaster Human Services Case Manager to provide survivor-centered case management during field or remote deployments. You will conduct intake, assess needs, develop recovery plans, and coordinate resources while protecting privacy and ensuring compliance with program guidance.

The role requires navigating diverse resources, maintaining accurate documentation, and supporting equitable access to services.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
Relevant experience in case management, human services, crisis intervention, benefits navigation, disaster recovery, or community-based services.
Professional fluency in an additional language is highly desirable.
Must complete organization screening, background investigations, credentialing, cybersecurity/privacy training, and role-based disaster training.

Responsibilities

Conduct disaster survivor intake, screening, and needs assessments.
Develop individualized recovery plans and set achievable goals.
Coordinate resources and referrals from federal/state/local/nonprofit sources.
Document progress, referrals, outcomes, and follow-up activities.
Protect PII and comply with privacy, cybersecurity, and records-management rules.
Maintain deployment readiness and participate in trainings and readiness activities.
Recognize and report trafficking, abuse, exploitation, and follow reporting procedures.
