Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required in a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of disability claims management experience.
- Expert knowledge of FMLA, ADA, PFML and related leave laws.
- Experience supervising teams and leading initiatives.
- Certifications such as CDMP or CCP are desirable.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with influence.
Responsibilities
- Oversee administration and management of disability and leave claims.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Lead a team of claims professionals and mentor staff.
- Collaborate with HR, legal and operations for alignment.
- Monitor KPIs and drive process improvements in claims.
- Conduct regular audits and quality reviews of processes.
- Stay current with regulatory changes affecting leave and disability.
