You will collaborate with HR, legal and operations, drive process improvements, monitor KPIs and align claims activities with the broader Workplace market strategy to deliver excellent customer service and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years in disability claims management.
• Strong knowledge of leave related laws/regulations (FMLA, ADA, PFML, Paid Sick Leave, PWFA).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with ability to influence decision makers.

Responsibilities
