Job summary

Advantage Solutions is seeking an ADA Accommodations Specialist to serve as the subject-matter expert and case owner for ADA, PWFA, and state-law accommodation matters. You will manage interactive processes, assess undue hardship, and determine reasonable accommodations across a complex caseload, partnering with Legal, HRBPs, and People Leaders to ensure compliance and defensibility.

The role emphasizes complex, high-risk cases, documentation accuracy, and training others in ADA best practices,

Qualifications

• Advanced working knowledge of ADA, PWFA, FMLA and related accommodation and leave laws.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with Legal and outside counsel on high-risk cases.
• Strong analytical and case-resolution skills across varied roles and business units.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full ADA accommodation caseload as subject-matter expert.
• Partner with Legal on cases involving litigation risk or significant business impact.
• Consult with HRBPs and People Leaders to evaluate essential job functions and accommodation feasibility.
• Own final determination and documentation of complex accommodation decisions.
• Respond to ADA-related inquiries with accurate, compliant guidance.
