The HR Advisory Services team is hiring. The Accessibility & Accommodations team is seeking an HR Advisor to manage complex, high‑impact cases at the intersection of employee experience, regulatory compliance, and business needs.
In this role, HR Advisors manage cases through ServiceNow related to ADA, LOA, FMLA, and accessibility. This work requires strong judgment and a tailored approach—outcomes are not driven by a standard process, but by thoughtful analysis of nuanced situations.
Advisors operate within a complex and evolving legal landscape, applying federal, state, and local requirements in real time. The role requires balancing legal risk, employee needs, and business objectives to develop practical, defensible solutions. Cases are often sensitive and time‑critical, requiring sound judgment, risk assessment, and clear recommendations.
The HR Advisor serves as a trusted consultant, partnering with leaders and stakeholders to navigate complex scenarios, promote equitable outcomes, and support an inclusive workplace.
This role requires working from a U.S. Bank location three (3) or more days per week.

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $86,360.00 - $101,600.00
