Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in IS/CS/HR/Business.
- 10+ years in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Apps, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
- 5+ years leading teams and large, enterprise-scale programs.
Responsibilities
- Design and scale end-to-end workforce architecture across primary platforms (Workday, ServiceNow, Microsoft).
- Lead evaluation and deployment of AI, automation, and intelligent workflows to improve employee experiences.
- Define workforce product visions and multi-year roadmaps with business-value metrics.
