Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, HR, Business, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in HR/Workforce Tech, Enterprise Applications, Product Management, or Solution Architecture.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing high‑performing teams, complex product portfolios, or enterprise‑wide digital transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Design and scale workforce technology strategy across Workday, ServiceNow, and Microsoft ecosystems.
• Lead AI and automation initiatives to improve employee and manager experiences.
• Define workforce product visions and multi‑year roadmaps with measurable business outcomes.
• Develop business cases for technology investments and track ROI/KPIs.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and executives to align technology with corporate goals.
