Qualifications

• Proven senior Web Experience Design leadership with 3+ years managing design teams.
• Experience in ecommerce, growth, conversion optimization, or transactional digital experiences.
• Deep UX/UI expertise, human-centered design, accessibility, responsive design, information architecture.
• Excellent collaboration and ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Portfolio required to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Set vision and UX/UI strategy for Cengage web experiences.
• Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Engineering; run tests.
• Advance ecommerce and conversion experiences.
• Design across entire customer journey: acquisition to engagement.
• Use data to identify opportunities via analytics and tests.
• Build a culture of continuous optimization and learning.
• Stay ahead of evolving web practices, including AI-enabled experiences.
• Develop outstanding talent through coaching and mentoring.
