Qualifications

UM experience in payer/provider or health tech is preferred.

Responsibilities

Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for UM products.
Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned with business goals.
Lead product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
Manage backlog, prioritize features, and track progress against timelines and value.
Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve usability and outcomes.
Monitor metrics and drive optimization, growth, and expansion of the portfolio.
