Highmark Health seeks a Senior Product Manager for Utilization Management to drive strategy, roadmap, and value realization. Partner with UM operations and delivery to align capabilities with business goals and customer needs.

Qualifications

7+ years in product management, strategy, or related experience, preferably in health insurance.
5+ years in a management or leadership role.
UM experience in payer/provider/health tech is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead product management for Utilization Management, including strategy, roadmap, and value realization.
Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; manage backlog and priorities.
Develop and socialize product strategy and multi-year roadmap with stakeholders.
Guide cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing, sales) through ideation to launch.
Monitor product performance, extract insights, and drive optimization and growth.
Lead and mentor a high-performing product team; foster data-driven culture.
