Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting or other relevant experience, preferably within the health insurance industry.
• 5 years of experience in Management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead UM product management teams including strategy, roadmap formulation, and value realization.
• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, communicating to stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned with strategic goals and market trends.
• Lead product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Manage backlog, priorities, and timelines; ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Monitor product performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of product managers and analysts.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in health care.
