Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting, preferably in health insurance.

• UM experience in payer/provider/health tech is preferred.

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy, with market research and customer insights.
• Lead product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and track timelines, budgets, and value realization.
