Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a strategic Product Manager to lead the Utilization Management product group. You will shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap, guiding cross-functional teams from ideation through launch and ongoing optimization.

You will partner with UM operations and product delivery to realize value, drive business outcomes, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Strong leadership and health insurance domain knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

7 years of product management, strategy, or related experience, preferably in health insurance.
5 years in a management or leadership role.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience as required by the company.

Responsibilities

Lead product management teams for Utilization Management strategy and roadmap.
Define product requirements, prioritize backlog, and ensure value realization.
Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales.
Monitor performance metrics and drive product optimization and lifecycle management.
