Job summary
Highmark Health seeks a driven leader to oversee Utilization Management product management, defining strategy, roadmap, and value realization. You will partner with UM operations and delivery to shape the UM portfolio and align with business goals, delivering exceptional customer and employee experiences.
Responsibilities include guiding product development end-to-end, collaborating with engineering, design, and marketing, and driving data-driven decisions to improve outcomes and growth.
Qualifications
- 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, or related roles, preferably in health insurance.
- 5 years in a management or leadership position.
- UM experience in payer or health tech organization (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead UM product management teams including strategy, roadmap, and value realization.
- Define and articulate product vision and strategy; socialize roadmap with stakeholders.
- Develop multi-year product roadmap aligned with strategic goals and market trends.
- Lead product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor product performance and implement optimization strategies.
