Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting or other relevant experience, preferably within the health insurance industry.
• 5 years of experience in Management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead UM product management teams: strategy, roadmap, and value realization.
• Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop multi-year product roadmap aligned to business goals.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, operations, marketing, and sales.
• Monitor metrics and drive product optimization and growth.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing product team.
