Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a senior product leader to guide the Utilization Management portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmap, and value realization. The role partners with UM operations and delivery to advance policy, capabilities, and customer outcomes.

You will define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive cross-functional execution across engineering, marketing, and sales while tracking key success metrics. Strong leadership and healthcare domain knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting or other relevant experience.
• 5 years of experience in management or leadership role.
• UM experience in payer or provider or health tech organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the UM product management teams with strategy, roadmap formulation, and value realization.
• Define product vision and strategy; socialize roadmap with stakeholders and maintain a multi-year plan.
• Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and manage backlog with timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales.
• Monitor product performance metrics, drive optimization, and growth initiatives.
• Mentor and lead a high-performing product management team.
