Job summary

Highmark Health is seeking a senior product leader to drive the Utilization Management portfolio. You will define strategy, formulate roadmaps, and partner with UM operations and delivery to realize value across customers, providers, and employees.

You will lead cross-functional teams, own the product lifecycle, and ensure alignment with business goals while delivering exceptional user experiences and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting in health insurance.
• 5 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
• Preferred UM experience in payer/provider/health tech organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and articulate a clear product vision and strategy to stakeholders across the organization.
• Lead product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
• Manage backlog, prioritise features, and track progress against timelines and budgets.
• Develop and maintain a multi-year product roadmap aligned with strategic goals.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive optimization and growth.
