Responsibilities

Lead UM product management teams including strategy, roadmap formulation and value realization.
Define and articulate product vision, socializing strategy with stakeholders.
Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned with business goals and market trends.
Lead product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams.
Define requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog priorities.
Monitor performance, analyze data, and drive product optimization and growth.
Manage lifecycle from launch to sunset, coordinating with research, design, and engineering.
Build and mentor a high-performing product team and foster a data-driven culture.
Stay current with healthcare regulations and industry best practices.
