Highmark Health is seeking a senior product leader to drive the Utilization Management portfolio, shaping strategy, roadmaps, and value realization. You will partner with UM operations and product delivery to align with business goals and customer needs.

Responsibilities include defining requirements, leading cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable outcomes while fostering a data-driven culture and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in product management, strategy, operational improvement, and/or consulting or other relevant experience, preferably within the health insurance industry.
• 5 years of experience in Management or leadership role.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy, vision, and roadmaps across the UM portfolio.
• Drive product development from ideation to launch with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, operations, marketing, sales).
• Define requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria aligned to business objectives and customer needs.
• Monitor product performance metrics and drive optimization, growth, and lifecycle management.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team and communicate progress to stakeholders.
