HDR, Inc. is seeking an experienced Alternative Delivery Director in Transportation to lead the pursuit and delivery of complex design-build and P3 projects. You will drive approvals, coordinate with HDR leadership, and work with clients to deliver safe and sustainable mobility solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or closely related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in related field.
• PE license required.
• Experience leading large transportation infrastructure projects and design management.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of time.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Project Delivery Program Director and oversee pursuit and delivery of Alternative Delivery projects.
• Drive the Alternative Delivery project approvals in compliance with HDR policies and risk procedures.
• Coordinate with HDR staff resources, legal, risk committee, and other leadership on contract terms.
• Negotiate teaming agreements, design service agreements and subcontracts with engineering/construction entities.
• Foster HDR visibility through engagement with industry organizations and communities.
