The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree, 12+ years in a large public accounting firm, and a CPA license or eligibility. Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
CPA required; if not, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license.
Ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations.
Previous experience supervising and training staff.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent presentation skills and marketing abilities are required.
Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead Transaction Services engagement teams and manage client relationships.
Coach staff and coordinate services from other parts of the firm.
Research complex accounting issues and conduct financial due diligence for M&A and other transaction services.
Collaborate with partners and other service lines to deliver integrated solutions.
