Job summary

Travel up to 50% domestically and internationally is expected. The ideal candidate will have extensive public accounting experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record managing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience; experience in a large public accounting firm preferred.
• CPA required. If not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employment
• Must be able to analyze complex business and transaction situations.
• Previous experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and marketing abilities are required.
• Must be willing and able to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead transaction services engagement teams and manage client relationships.
• Coach staff and coordinate services across the firm.
• Research complex accounting issues related to transactions.
• Conduct financial due diligence for M&A and other transactions.
