Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Director for our Transaction Services group. The role demands an entrepreneurial spirit to build a new practice within an established firm, with leadership of engagement teams and client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading transaction services engagements at a large national firm, overseeing due diligence and other transaction services across engagements, with travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience; experience in a large public accounting firm preferred.
• CPA is required; if not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license upon hire in state of employment.
• Must analyze complex business and transaction situations.
• Experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and marketing abilities are required.
• Must be willing to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
