Baker Tilly Advisory Group, LP is seeking a Director for its Transaction Services group. The ideal candidate will lead engagement teams, manage client relationships, coach staff, and coordinate services across the firm, with a focus on high-quality, value-added diligence for M&A and related services.

The role requires a CPA (or eligibility to obtain CPA license) and a minimum of 12 years in a large public accounting environment, with strong communication and project management skills.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• CPA required; if not a CPA, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience; experience in a large public accounting firm preferred.
• Ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations.
• Previous experience supervising and training staff.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and marketing abilities are required.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
