Qualifications

CPA required; if not, must meet educational requirements to obtain CPA license on hire.
Ability to analyze complex business and transaction situations.
Experience supervising and training staff.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skills.
Excellent presentation and marketing abilities.
Willing to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Lead transaction services engagement teams and manage client relationships.
Coach staff and coordinate services from other firm units.
Research complex accounting issues and perform financial due diligence for M&A.
Oversee delivery of transaction-related services with high quality and timelines.
