TiC Solutions is seeking a Director, Total Rewards to direct compensation and benefits strategy in the U.S. This role leads the Benefits Administrator and Compensation Manager, shaping plans, governance, and vendor relationships.

Based in Houston, this hybrid/onsite role requires a heavy focus on plan design, regulatory compliance, and data analytics to optimize cost and value for employees and the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business with 15+ years in Total Rewards.
• Experience managing compensation and benefits programs and teams.
• Strong analytical skills and plan design knowledge.
• Knowledge of ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, 125, workers’ comp, Medicare.

Responsabilités

• Design, communicate and implement compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business goals.
• Oversee and manage company benefits programs and COBRA/terminations.
• Lead open enrollment, vendor relationships, and compliance testing for 5500s.
• Provide analytics and reports to CHRO on benefits and compensation metrics.
