Qualifications

• 10+ years leading Benefits & Compensation programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERISA, ACA, FMLA, ADA, COBRA, HIPAA.
• Experience with LOA governance and vendor management.
• Background in compensation structures and benchmarking.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, governance and execution of total rewards programs.
• Oversee health/ welfare benefits and retirement programs.
• Ensure programs are compliant, scalable and aligned with talent, operations and finances.
