Mohawk Industries is seeking a Business Development Director for Technical Flooring. This executive will lead programs to identify opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand client relationships to meet sales and business objectives.

The role requires 8-10 years of experience, strong leadership, and the ability to drive market expansion across the Technical Flooring portfolio. Will travel as needed and report to senior leadership.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and/or experience.
• 8-10 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience.
• Excellent communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
